At STOPFORCE, we take pride in delivering high-performance braking solutions built to last. All STOPFORCE big brake kits come with a manufacturer-backed warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Return Policy:

Please note that all products are custom-built to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a fitment issue or a quality defect.

Warranty Coverage

• Brake calipers are covered for:

  • 5 years if equipped with dust covers

  • 2 years if not equipped with dust covers

• Warranty applies to the original purchaser only.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Rotors, brake pads, brackets, brake lines, and accessories

• Damage caused by racing use, off-road abuse, improper installation, neglect, or modifications

• Normal wear and tear

Claim Process (Within Australia)

• Customers are responsible for return shipping to STOPFORCE using standard domestic courier services (e.g., AusPost, CouriersPlease, etc.)

• All returns must include proof of purchase

• Once received, the item will be inspected. If a defect is confirmed, STOPFORCE will either repair or replace the caliper at no cost

• Replacements will be shipped back free of charge via standard shipping

• For any warranty queries, please contact us before returning any item

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is the only express warranty offered by STOPFORCE. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. STOPFORCE is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
